From Vince: When I graduated Temple University almost 45 years ago, I intentionally obtained a job as an insurance company personal injury claims adjustor while I attended law school at night. I was responsible for investigating, negotiating, and settling accident claims of all types. This allowed me to understand the daily workings of a major insurance company liability claims department, while learning the law and how to protect accident victims, at the same time. My goal was always to represent innocent accident victims and this joint experience has been invaluable.

I have worked all aspects, billing, customer disputes, crediting accounts, applying payments, negotiating a cure for the 10 day delinquent, negotiating payment plans or settlements.
